SHOW
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Below are the Rules and
Rates for the Camera Expo. Please read them!
There are TWO sets of table rates, depending
on when you pay for your reservation.
1) DISCOUNTED
RATE APPLIES ONLY TO RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE AND PAID FOR ONE MONTH
IN ADVANCE!
Any reservations made less than one month in advance will pay the
higher rate of $10 more per table. Reservations will not
be accepted less than 5 days prior to the show.
Extra table availability on day of show will
be on a first come basis.
2) ALL
RESERVATIONS ARE COMMITTED TO STAY UNTIL CLOSING! Any exhibitor who needs to leave early must make
arrangements at the time of the reservation, prior to the day of the
show! If arrangements are not made, you will be forfeiting future shows.
3) Cancellations
must be made 24 hours or more in advance to
receive credit for the next show. In the event of last minute
emergencies, credit will be given only if we are notified by the
morning of the show and are able to re-sell your space. This is quite
likely in the past if you notify us! Leave a message on our office
number (925) 253-0466, or reach me on show weekends only on my cell
phone at (925) 639-7773. Both numbers will be checked for messages.
4) All exhibitors
who will be at more than 2 shows during the year must provide a new
copy of their state resale permit with the new Carson address, as well as an update card of name, address, phone numbers,
and email address if applicable. I need to know how to reach
you!

Non-Discounted Table Reservation Fees;
|
|
If paying by "Pay Pal" or through the mail
payment must arrive no later than Wednesday before to
the show. "New Seller" payment MUST arrive at least 7 days before the
show!
All mailed reservations will need to be
accompanied by a Check or Money Order made out to; "Bagnall
Enterprises", with the show date, number of tables and reservation name
if different from the name on the check or
money order.
