I know several people who have sold nearly all their unnecessary or unused equipment in just a few short hours at this show. Below are the Rules and Rates for the Camera Expo. Please read them!
There are TWO sets of table rates, depending on when you pay for your reservation.

1) DISCOUNTED RATE APPLIES ONLY TO RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE AND PAID FOR ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE! Any reservations made less than one month in advance will pay the higher rate of $10 more per table. Reservations will not be accepted less than 5 days prior to the show.

Extra table availability on day of show will be on a first come basis.

2) ALL RESERVATIONS ARE COMMITTED TO STAY UNTIL CLOSING! Any exhibitor who needs to leave early must make arrangements at the time of the reservation, prior to the day of the show! If arrangements are not made, you will be forfeiting future shows.

3) Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit for the next show. In the event of last minute emergencies, credit will be given only if we are notified by the morning of the show and are able to re-sell your space. This is quite likely in the past if you notify us! Leave a message on our office number (925) 253-0466, or reach me on show weekends only on my cell phone at (925) 639-7773. Both numbers will be checked for messages.

4) All exhibitors who will be at more than 2 shows during the year must provide a new copy of their state resale permit with the new Carson address, as well as an update card of name, address, phone numbers, and email address if applicable. I need to know how to reach you!

Non-Discounted Table Reservation Fees;

New Seller; One table, One time; $60- 1/2 Table; $35- 1 Table; $70- 1 1/2 Tables; $100- 2 Tables; $130- 2 1/2 Tables; $160- 3 Tables; $190- 4 Tables; $250- 5 Tables; $310- 6 Tables $370-

If paying by "Pay Pal" or through the mail payment must arrive no later than Wednesday before to the show. "New Seller" payment MUST arrive at least 7 days before the show!

All mailed reservations will need to be accompanied by a Check or Money Order made out to; "Bagnall Enterprises", with the show date, number of tables and reservation name if different from the name on the check or money order.

Here are "The Carson Center" Rules;
Vehicles are permitted to park or unload in designated areas only.

If you insist on driving up to unload, empty the van quickly and move back to the parking lot A.S.A.P. before the Carson Center takes away the "privilege".

No staples, tacks, nails or tape of any form to be used on the Centers' walls, windows, doors, or columns.

June 2007 marked the 24th Anniversary doing the Camera Expo and we are planning ahead for the next 20 years of having this country's largest monthly Camera Expo. Together, we have created an institution in the photographic world. With exhibitors from all over the globe, we can comfortably say we're "internationally known".

Would you be interested in doing the monthly updates  in exchange for a table? Mike the webmaster (that's ME!) wouldn't mind an occasional month off. Do you feel you could update this web site to draw more traffic and customers to the show? Send a note with your URL's to Tracy and Robert for their review and we just might use you for the updated site!

You may have noticed that we have "beefed-up" security with a uniformed security guard walking the floor. We also have visuable and hidden security cameras throughout the camera show area. This, of course is only a deterrent to stop theft. You, the exhibitor, need to be aware of people around you, especially that guy on your left ;-). Try and keep an eye on your fellow exhibitor next to you or across the aisle. Together, we can stop theft at our show.
